Mr Ticket Online Purchase Policies

1. We will confirm availability of your tickets by email or telephone before finalizing your order.
2. A FAX* is required for all orders sent to any shipping address (if different from billing address)
   
   *(Fax must have a photo copy of Driver's Licence & Credit Card as well as written authorization to charge the amount of sale.)
3. Once confirmed, all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges,
   or credits (except when #4 below applies).
4. If an event is cancelled, we will provide a store credit of all monies paid less shipping fees.
   
   If there is a postponement or rescheduling, your ticket will be honored for the new date or you may choose a store credit for the price of the tickets paid less any shipping fee's paid.
5. We do not replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets.
   Do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold, or liquids.
   The tickets cannot be replaced.

Mr Ticket is a privately owned company in the business of buying and selling premium tickets.

We are not affiliated with BASS Tickets, Tickets.com, Ticketmaster, or any venue or boxoffice.

Our prices reflect the cost of obtaining quality seating.
