Ticket Prices and Seat Descriptions
Mr Ticket is not affiliated with any box office, venue or any other ticketing agency. The price printed on the ticket in most cases will not be our selling prices. Since the tickets you are purchasing will be procured for you by Mr Ticket on the open market from secondary ticket sources, the sale price of the ticket reflects the high market demand and difficulty in obtaining these tickets. As a result, the ticket price offered to you can be substantially higher than the original face value price that is printed on the tickets.
Making a Purchase
In order to purchase tickets and related services through our site, you must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, your credit card number and expiration date, your credit card billing address, your telephone number and your e-mail address.
Event Cancellations, Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of nature (e.g. rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strikes, or lockout, and not rescheduled, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid for the tickets and processing fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Call our office for detailed instructions in how to obtain a refund if you do not hear from Mr Ticket.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please retain your ticket. In most cases, the original purchased ticket will be honored for the new event date. New tickets will not need to be reissued for most rescheduled or postponed events. Refunds or exchanges will not be made for postponed or rescheduled events.
